Berkeley has a working environment that I’ve felt at home in since day one.  The opportunities to work with great clients on their biggest challenges, with talented colleagues, in Uma cultura colaborativa e acolhedora com um lado social forte é uma combinação única. Working at Berkeley has allowed me to develop strong and lasting bonds with both clients and colleagues, often working together on multiple challenges over the years, sharing both professional achievements and personal goals.   
 

2 Qual foi o seu trabalho favorito e por quê?

Esta é uma pergunta difícil, pois mais de 15 anos houve muitos trabalhos memoráveis. Alguns dos mais desafiadores também foram os mais gratificantes: entregar uma transformação de processo ativada por SAP com várias liberações na Xerox; liderando uma remediação de infraestrutura tecnológica de £ 150 milhões na Autoridade de Conduta Financeira; Trabalhando com Marks & Spencer para introduzir uma capacidade inovadora de camisas feitas sob medida em seu site.  

But my favourite has been partnering withDow Jones on an SAP-enabledfinance transformation, where I was lucky enough to work with their leadership team from the outset – setting vision, shaping the business case, selecting the technology and building the team – through the full lifecycle to the end of post go-live apoiar.  Na minha experiência, é raro viver essa jornada do começo ao fim, vendo a visão ganhar vida e trabalhar com todos os desafios, altos e baixos ao longo do caminho!
 

3 O que as pessoas podem estar interessadas em saber sobre você? Foi uma jornada fantástica, tanto profissionalmente quanto pessoalmente. A sensação de "inicialização" de desenvolver nossa operação de Nova York; Ver a maneira de trabalhar em Berkeley ressoa com nossos clientes de Nova York; E a construção da equipe fantástica tem sido experiências extremamente gratificantes. De uma perspectiva pessoal, tem sido uma grande aventura: nossa família construindo uma nova vida no Brooklyn; as crianças que gostam de crescer em uma cidade e cultura diferente; E eu tentando entender as nuances dos esportes dos EUA!

Over five years ago, I made the decision to move to New York to play a role setting up Berkeley’s New York office. It’s been a fantastic journey both professionally and personally. The ‘start up’ feel of developing our NY operation; seeing the Berkeley way of working resonate with our New York clients; and building the fantastic team have all been hugely rewarding experiences. From a personal perspective, it’s been a great adventure: our family building a new life in Brooklyn; the kids enjoying growing up in a different city and culture; and me trying to understand the nuances of US sports!
