Berkeley has a working environment that I’ve felt at home in since day one. The opportunities to work with great clients on their biggest challenges, with talented colleagues, in Uma cultura colaborativa e acolhedora com um lado social forte é uma combinação única.
Working at Berkeley has allowed me to develop strong and lasting bonds with both clients and colleagues, often working together on multiple challenges over the years, sharing both professional achievements and personal goals.
But my favourite has been partnering withDow Jones on an SAP-enabledfinance transformation, where I was lucky enough to work with their leadership team from the outset – setting vision, shaping the business case, selecting the technology and building the team – through the full lifecycle to the end of post go-live apoiar.
Over five years ago, I made the decision to move to New York to play a role setting up Berkeley’s New York office. It’s been a fantastic journey both professionally and personally. The ‘start up’ feel of developing our NY operation; seeing the Berkeley way of working resonate with our New York clients; and building the fantastic team have all been hugely rewarding experiences. From a personal perspective, it’s been a great adventure: our family building a new life in Brooklyn; the kids enjoying growing up in a different city and culture; and me trying to understand the nuances of US sports!
