For example, while at Dentsu Aegis I worked for the Global CIO, European CFO and technology leads to deliver a global procurement technology assessment. In addition to C-suite exposure, Berkeley consultants are put in the driver's seat of our clients’ most challenging and ambitious programs. I learned this first-hand while at Unilever where I rolled-out an advanced statistical model for portfolio simplification across North America and Europe; the client’s first successful European roll-out of such a tool.

A alavancagem de técnicas estatísticas avançadas para analisar SKUs com alto/baixo desempenho foi um salto significativo para o cliente, pois essa atividade foi conduzida manualmente no Excel em uma base ad hoc com parâmetros arbitrários para a tomada de decisões. A implantação da ferramenta em todos os mercados permitiu ao cliente uma fonte de verdade e automatizou o processo, economizando centenas de horas de homem. 

As the lead for the client’s portfolio simplification program, I worked with a team of data scientists, product managers, and business subject matter experts to develop and deploy an industrialized Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) simplification tool across all countries in Europe. Leveraging advanced statistical techniques to parse out high/low performing SKUs was a significant leap forward for the client as this activity was manually conducted in Excel on an ad hoc basis with arbitrary parameters for decision-making. Deploying the tool across all markets allowed the client one source-of-truth and automated the process thereby saving hundreds of man hours.

I have an affinity for improvization, and I love a fitness challenge. I have performed stand-up comedy in NYC and performed improv with a small cohort. I have climbed 66 flights of stairs to the top of Rockefeller Center to raise money for the MS Society and cycled 80 miles just to catch a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard!
